プライバシーポリシー（どろむ）

「どろむ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、お客様のプライバシーを尊重します。

収集する情報

本アプリは既定では、お客様の情報を外部のサーバーに送信しません。セッションの記録（使用日時、振動の設定、翌朝のふりかえりの回答など）は、すべてお客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。

設定ページの「利用状況の送信」にご同意いただいた場合に限り（地域設定が日本の端末のみが対象です）、以下の利用状況を、ランダムなIDを付けて開発者に送信します。ご案内は、最初の朝の振り返りを書き終えた直後に一度だけ表示し、既定は送信しない設定です。ご同意後に記録する夜からのみ送信し、それより前の記録は送信しません。設定からいつでも停止できます。

送信する情報（ご同意いただいた場合のみ）

• 入眠までの時間（ご回答、および指の動きからの自動算出）
• 眠れた感じ、スマホなしで眠れたか
• 使い方の設定（プリセット・振動の強さ・セッション長）、その夜の合計使用時間・セッション数・途中で終えたか
• 夜の開始時刻（分まで）、利用日数（初めて使った日から何日目か）
• 触覚に対応した端末かどうか、アプリのバージョン
• ランダムなID

送信しない情報

• お名前・メールアドレス
• 位置情報
• 端末の名前
• 自由記述の内容
• 病名・服薬・通院の有無などの医療情報

保管先

送信された記録は、ランダムなIDを付けて、Cloudflare, Inc.（米国のクラウド通信サービス事業者）のデータベースに保管します。保管先は、日本に近いアジア太平洋地域を指定しています。通信は暗号化（HTTPS）で行います。

保存期間

最後に記録を受け取ってから3年で削除します。

IPアドレスについて

本アプリは、記録にIPアドレスを保存しません。通信の仕組み上、Cloudflareが通信の処理のために、一時的にIPアドレスを扱います。

第三者への提供

本アプリに広告SDKや分析SDKは組み込んでいません。「利用状況の送信」にご同意いただいた場合のみ、上記の送信する情報を、送信先であるCloudflare, Inc.に送信します。それ以外に、お客様の情報を第三者と共有することはありません。

医療情報について

本アプリは医療機器ではなく、診断・治療を目的とした医療情報を扱うものではありません。送信していただいた内容も、アプリ改善のための集計を目的としたもので、診断・治療・研究には使用しません。

データの削除

端末内の記録データは、本アプリ内の記録画面からいつでも削除できます。また、アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます。

送信済みの記録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先に、設定の「利用状況の送信」に表示されるランダムIDと「削除希望」の旨をお送りください。ご依頼から30日以内に削除し、返信いたします。システムの復元用の履歴（バックアップ）は7日で自動的に失効します。

Privacy Policy (Dromu)

Dromu ("the App") respects your privacy.

Information We Collect

By default, the App does not send your information to any external server. Session records (usage times, vibration settings, morning check-in answers) are stored only on your device.

Only if you agree to "Send Usage Data" in Settings — available only on devices set to the Japan region — some usage data is sent to the developer together with a random ID. This is asked once, right after you complete your first morning review, and is off by default. Data is sent starting with the nights you record after you agree; your earlier records are not sent. You can stop at any time in Settings.

Data sent (only if you agree)

• Time to fall asleep (your answer, and the value estimated from your finger movement)
• How you felt, and whether you slept without your phone
• Your settings (preset, vibration strength, session length), total usage that night, number of sessions, and whether you ended early
• Start time of the night (to the minute), and which day of use it is (days since you first used the app)
• Whether your device supports haptics, and the app version
• A random ID

Data not sent

• Name or email address
• Location
• Device name
• Free-text notes
• Medical information such as diagnoses, medication, or clinic visits

Where data is stored

Data you send is stored, together with a random ID, in a database operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (a US-based cloud communications provider). We specify a storage location in the Asia-Pacific region, close to Japan. Communication is encrypted (HTTPS).

Retention

Data is deleted 3 years after the last record we received.

About IP Addresses

The App does not save IP addresses in its records. As a normal part of how the connection works, Cloudflare temporarily handles your IP address to process the communication.

Third Parties

The App does not include any advertising or analytics SDKs. Only if you agree to "Send Usage Data," the data listed above is sent to Cloudflare, Inc., which stores it on our behalf. Other than that, we do not share your information with any third party.

About Medical Information

The App is not a medical device and does not handle medical information for the purpose of diagnosis or treatment. Any data sent is used only in aggregate to improve the app, and never for diagnosis, treatment, or research.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete your on-device records at any time from the log screen inside the App. Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device.

To delete records you have already sent, please contact us below with the random ID shown in Settings > Send Usage Data, and a note that you'd like it deleted. We will delete it and reply within 30 days. Our system's backup restore points automatically expire after 7 days.
